SRSO: Female armed robber hits Navarre store, apologizes and says, "Merry Christmas"

On Monday, the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office responded to an armed robbery call the Navarre Tom Thumb on Hwy 87 in Holley. The time of the call was approximately 6:30 pm.

Just moments before, a white female entered the store wearing a black cap, gloves and sunglasses.

Armed with a handgun, she demanded cash from the clerk.

The clerk complied and handed over cash.

The suspect was apologetic to the cashier and stated “I’m sorry, Merry Christmas” and exited the building.

The suspect was in the store for approximately 15 seconds.

Deputies arrived and began their investigation. K-9 also assisted in the case.

At this time, the case is ongoing.
