The clean-up began at 8 a.m. at The Boys and Girls Club on N H Street and focused on the areas between Scott Street and Maxwell Street.
Traffic checkpoints issued 11 citations, including two 2 criminal citations.
4 arrests were made: 3 warrants were served by State Probation Officers and one by ECSO officers. Code Enforcement issued 24 violation notices.
The ECSO Sex Crimes Unit made 7 address verifications.
