Fountain and Richardson wed

Miss Stephanie Renee Fountain and Mr. Clayton Swan Richardson were united in holy matrimony on Saturday, June 29 at two o’clock in the afternoon at First Baptist Church in Milton. The ceremony was officiated by the Reverend Clint Purvis, their college pastor. Music for the ceremony was provided by Mrs. Elaine Gillis and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Mitchell, friends of the bride. The bride’s parents hosted a reception at the Imogene Theater. On the eve of the wedding, the grooms parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Oops Alley in Pace.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Jonathan Fountain. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Doris Weaver of Milton and Mrs. Eva Fountain of Crestview. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Richardson of Fleming Island, Florida. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs.  William Richardson of Lanett, Alabama and Mr. and Mrs. Gene Brown, Carrollton Georgia.

Mrs. Michelle Thompson, sister of the bride was matron of honor and Miss Marissa West of Fort Collins, Colorado was maid of honor.  Bridesmaids were Miss Carly Richardson, sister of the groom, Miss Brittany Parker, and Miss Cara Mason, friends; all of Tallahassee. Jeffrey Crane of Tallahassee served as best man.  Groomsmen included Ryan Tyson, Alex Mobley, and Lee Shell, friends from Tallahassee.  Ushers were Samuel and Jonathan Mason, family friends from Tallahassee. Greeters were Autumn and Ashely Matthews, family friends from Milton.

The bride is a graduate of Florida State University with a Masters of Arts Degree in Communication Disorders. She works at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital in Jacksonville as a Speech Therapist. The groom is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Math Education and teaches at Clay High School, serves in the Florida National Guard and is pursuing a Masters of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership.

Following a honeymoon in Nevada, Stephanie and Clay will reside in Fleming Island, Florida.
