Ark Animal Hospital in Pace will be holding an Open House, complete with pet costume contest and free giveaways, this Saturday, Oct. 19, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Ark is teaming up with the Santa Rosa County Animal Shelter, holding an adopt-a-thon. During the event, guests will have to opportunity to adopt a dog or cat on the spot. The Ark is not boarding any animals the week of event, to have room for the Adopt-a-thon.
The Ark will be grilling hot dogs for people and providing Puppy Pops for four-legged-friends. Opportunities will be available for pet photos and vendors will be on site with information and product giveaways.
Tours of the facility will be given, and throughout the event, there will be prize giveaways. A table will be setup and ready for implanting Micro-chips for $22, a savings of $34.
