Habitat for Humanity Milton ReStore moving to Pensacola

Habitat for Humanity Milton ReStore will move and combine with the Pensacola ReStore located at 5810 N. Palafox Street in Pensacola.  All shopper and donor services will be managed through the Pensacola ReStore location beginning September 30, 2013.  Connie Bryars, ReStore Director, says “by combining the stores and concentrating efforts upon one location, the ReStore will exponentially increase support of Pensacola Habitat for Humanity’s home ownership ministry in both Escambia and Santa Rosa County.”

In the coming months, the ReStore team will be working with volunteers and local business supporters to offer the Santa Rosa community alternative locations for donating gently used home improvement materials.  Shoppers and donors are invited stay familiar with future donation and shopping events by visiting the ReStore website and facebook page:  pensacola.habitatrestores.org and facebook.com/pensacolarestore.  Of course, volunteers looking for a unique, fun, customer service centered business are always welcome to get involved.

Escambia and Santa Rosa residents and business owners are reminded that when you clean your home or business of unwanted, yet usable, items and donate them to the ReStore you are helping Pensacola Habitat for Humanity build affordable homes in the community.  You are also providing low-cost home improvement supplies for area shoppers, and you are keeping thousands of pounds of reusable materials out of area landfills. Be sure to check out our website for a full list of donations we would be happy to accept.

To request a donation pick up call 476-0001 or drop off donations at the Pensacola ReStore located at 5810 N. Palafox St. during business hours Wednesday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
