Mr. Flora has been presented with the Milton Pride tag holder at the "Sunrise Kiwanis" meeting where he spoke about the applicant screening services, testing, and applicant recruitment services they provide at Workforce Escarosa.
They also have free job postings, skills testing services and on the job training.
They provide financial incentives for businesses that hire.
He explained it is a win-win for Employers and Employees.
Santa Rosa Sunrise Kiwanis welcomes all to their 7 a.m. Wednesday meetings at Tanglewood Golf Club where breakfast is served.
