4th Annual “Flea Across Florida” offers 272 miles of bargains

The Fourth Annual “Flea Across Florida,” the largest annual yard sale in state, is set to take place Friday, Sept. 13th and Saturday, Sept. 14th along the historic Highway 90 corridor, commonly called the “Old Spanish Trail.”  The event takes place along 272 miles of the historic highway from Live Oak to Pensacola.

Many local antique and retail stores will be participating along with individuals and businesses holding yard sales along the route. The two-day event features vendors offering antiques, furniture, crafts and collectibles.

“We're excited to again participate in this growing event which also brings business to hotels, restaurants and shops along the route, providing a nice economic boost to our area,” said Kim Macarthy, owner of Copper ‘Possum Antique Mall in East Milton.

Alyssa’s Antique Depot in Pace is also participating, and both locations are offering outdoor space to vendors and individuals interested in selling items.

For more information, contact Copper ‘Possum at 626-4492 or Alyssa’s Antique Depot at 994-9114 or visit www.thefleaacrossflorida.com or “like” the event’s Facebook page for further details.
