A Pace woman turned herself into authorities this week, after an investigation lead to the issue of a warrant for her arrest relating to sexual charges.
Virginia Wolfe, 34, of Pace, was arrested and booked into the Santa Rosa County jail Aug. 13. She was charged with capital sexual assault and production of child pornogrpahy. She is currently being held with no bond.
The charges stem from a relationship Wolfe had with a former Santa Rosa County school bus driver, Lee Calvin Pardue, 43 of Milton, who was arrested in 2012 and charged with six sexually-related felonies, including capital sexual assault, promoting a sexual performance by a child and possession of child pornography. He remains in jail on a $6.1 million bond.
Pardue was arrested last year for allegedly providing a minor with alcohol and molesting the victim. After police served the warrant and arrested the man, they say they found digital evidence of the crime.
The report states a victim made allegations she was in a sexual relationship with both Wolfe and Pardue.
Reports indicate Wolfe was questioned last year about her previous six-month long relationship with Pardue. She told police her ex-boyfriend would often talk about an attraction to children. She also stated he would often download images of children dressed in provocative clothing.
During the investigation last year, Wolfe told deputies when she was moving out, she went through Pardue's camera to delete any photographs of herself and found photographs of a child.
The case is under investigation, according to the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office.
