The Milton High School Quarterback Club announces their upcoming fourth annual Big Cat Jamboree & Fish Fry. The event, aimed to increase quarterback club memberships, will take place at Milton High’s Haywood Hannah Stadium on Friday, Aug. 16 and features scrimmages between the City of Milton and East Milton youth leagues, starting at 5 pm, followed by high school squads at 7 p.m. Gates open and the fish fry begins at 4 p.m. Admission is free for new & renewing members and $3 for others, except league players and children 7-years-old and under, who will be admitted free. Additionally, members will receive two free fish dinners, which will be sold to the general public for $10 each. There will be a small concession open for other items. Individuals interested in volunteering with the Quarterback Club are encouraged to contact Volunteer Coordinator Wanda Harris at 712-2070.
