This past session the Legislature approved another back-to-school tax holiday, set for August 2nd-4th.
During this period, clothing items costing less than $75 and school items priced less than $15 will be exempt from any state sales tax. Additionally, the sales tax holiday will apply to the purchase of laptops, electronic tablets and other accessories costing $750 or less.
