Sex Predator Arrested for Lewd Behavior

On 7/22/13, the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the Wal-Mart in Gulf Breeze for an indecent exposure complaint. Deputies made contact with the juvenile victim and the parent.

According to the report, the juvenile was walking through the store when the victim observed a male in the same aisle. The male was holding a shirt over his pants. In front of the juvenile, the male suspect moved the shirt over to expose his shorts which were transparent. The victim clearly observed the males genitals.

After this point, the juvenile reported the issue to the parent who contacted Law Enforcement. Deputies began working the case and also partnered with neighboring Agencies. The suspect was identified as Lloyd Russell Allen (10-1-48) from Fort Walton Beach Florida.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Allen. Within minutes after the warrant was signed, Allen was located and arrested by the US Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Taskforce. Allen is also a registered Sex Predator.

Allen is currently in the Santa Rosa County Jail and is being held on $100,000.00 bond.
