Two men were injured in a single-vehicle accident that occurred at Interstate 10 near Ward Basin Rd., according to reports.
The men have not yet been identified, but witnesses say it looked like a one-vehicle accident in which the driver of a white Ford F350 pickup lost control, crossing the median and hitting the bottom portion of the overpass.
East Milton Fire and Lifeguard Ambulance responded to the scene. The driver was trapped by the dashboard, pushed in on his legs, according to witnesses. He was extricated by firefighters using the jaws of life.
Emergency workers may still be on the scene of the crash. Use caution traveling in the area.
