The First Presbyterian Church of Milton will host an Inclusive Church Seminar on Saturday, June 1, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. This seminar will cover a variety of topics including ways to include families with special needs in your church, ways to help individuals with special needs find their place in your ministry, and how to reach this population in ways that they will understand.
Scheduled speakers are Deborah Gunter, Autism Consultant with the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities; Destry LeBrun, founder of PURE Friendship Ministries at Marcus Point Baptist Church; and Holly Hoskamer, founder of Son Treasures ministry at Saint Sylvester Catholic Church. Each of these speakers will share valuable information gained from their years of experience working with the special needs population.
