The Pace High School wrestling team took first place at the District Championship held at Gulf Breeze High School on Jan. 30.
Thirteen of the Pace High wrestlers placed in the top four at the District Championships:
Vinny Oddo was district champ for 120-pound, Will Diamond was the district champ for 185-pound and Joseph Cambron was district champ for 170-pound.
Steven Murray took second place in the 106-pound, Brendan McClendon placed second in 160-pound, Zach Thayler placed second in 195-pound and Kyle Fijalkowski took second in 220-pound.
Hayden Calloway placed third in 126-pound, Wesley Wood took third in the 132-pound and Mark Guzouskis placed third in heavyweight.
Tanner Wood took fourth at 113-pound, Colin Myers took fourth in 145-pound, and Lucca Spinosa placed fourth in 152-pound.
