Barnes receives St Timothy Award for Excellence

Brian Barnes receives the St Timothy Award for Excellence. The St. Timothy award, the highest recognition from the National Federation of Catholic Youth Ministry, is presented to young men or women in their junior or senior year of High School for outstanding leadership and service to their church and community. This award seeks to recognize, from the Diocesan level, outstanding teens that exemplify Christian service, Catholic leadership and good moral standards. Brian is a senior at Fort Walton Beach High School. He is the son of Bill Barnes, Richmond Hills, Georgia and Linda Smith of Niceville; Grandmother is Carol Barnes of Pace and Great Grandmother is Rosa Phillips of Pace.
