The Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office is having major technical issues with its phone systems, which is in the process of extensive repair. There is no projected time frame for the system to be reliably functioning.
All non-emergency numbers may not go through and callers may not be able to reach dispatch for service by using the regular numbers.

911 is still functional for EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. Please do not dial 911 for non-emergency situations.
