Fighting hunger

Walmart in Pea Ridge is participating with the fighting hunger together for the homeless campaign through the EscaRosa Coalition on the Homeless. Locally the campaigned kicked off with EscaRosa Coalition On The Homeless Project Manager Serene Keiek, Barry Reeves, Walmart Manager Stephen Williams, Fred Silcox, Shirley Bentley, Santa Rosa County School District Director of Federal Programs Dr. Karen Barber, and Mana Food Pantry Executive Director Dede Flounlacker. The Santa Rosa County School Board donated 100 backpacks for the un-accompanied youth, which Walmart filled with three days worth of meals.
