In conjunction with National Fire Prevention Week, Oct. 7– 13, the City of Milton Fire Department will host their second annual Fire Prevention Week Open House on Saturday from noon – 3 p.m. at their Fire Station at 5321 Stewart Street. This event will feature tours of the fire station and fire apparatus, fire safety information, displays of fire safety equipment, fire safety puppet show, activities for children and lots of fun for the whole family. “We want to show off what our community offers in the way of emergency response,” said Fire Chief John E.
