Romney is no different. “You know….I think….” (on states and the people financing education). “I think, it’s a mistake…” (teachers’ unions financing politicians). “I think it has some merit….” (teachers attending a training program). “Those types of efforts I think should be evaluated…” (Canada’s Harlem Children’s Zone Program).
